with modern segmental-headed architraves; 1 dummy window. Doorways: No 38 has
architrave, brackets with guttae, hood; No 39 has pilasters, carved brackets, hood,
traceried fanlight. No 40 has C19 shop front, 1st and 2nd floor bands, brick
modillion cornice, old tile roof with C19 cresting. Painted weatherboarded back
wing to No 40 has 3 storeys, 4 flush sashes, hipped roof.
