C1820-30 former villa, now jewellry workshops. Two storeys, stucco 3 bay symmetrical
elevation. Inset flanking pilasters, plinth, plat band, deep frieze, cornice
and blocking course with raised centre and terminal dies. Slate roof. Later
glazing to revealed sash windows. Tuscan pier porch with deep plain entablature.
Panelled door with rectangular fanlight.
