1813 with considerable later additions. Originally a 1-storey lodge with one
window on Park Row front. Now of 2 storeys, no windows. On each floor a blank
central window space in round-arched recess, flanked by smaller recesses. Stone
1st floor band, cills and plinth. Main south front has central door and 2 sash
windows with glazing bars, all round headed in round arched recesses. Door half
glazed and fanlight modernised. 1st floor right hand window similar to ground
floor winds. Left window is a large, square oriel of about 1900.
