Pair of houses. c1840-50. Simple Tudor style. Brick with stone
dressings and Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, symmetrically
planned with advanced outer gables each a 2-window range and
2-window central range. Side entrances. 4-pane sash windows
with stone sills and quoins on each floor, and flat-roofed
extension to ground floor in central section. Fretted
bargeboards over outer gables. Rear elevation to park has
Dutch coped gables, and squared bay windows in central
section. End wall and axial stacks.
