Pair of houses. Date plaque records 1768, rebuilt 1897, some
C20 modernisation. Stucco on stone rubble; end stacks have
plastered brick chimneyshafts with some old pots; slate roof.
PLAN: One-room deep, originally a mirror-plan pair.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; regular 4-window front blocked out as
ashlar. 8-pane sashes with a smaller 4-pane fifth window to
left over doorway to No.12 which contains a recessed
part-glazed 8-panel door. Ground floor of No.11 taken up by
C20 garage door. Central date plaque at about second-floor
level. Plain eaves and roof between adjoining properties.
INTERIOR: Not inspected but likely to be of interest.
