2 shops formerly 1 house. Probable C16 hall-house refaced in
early C19 and altered in C20. Timber-framed building with
stuccoed cladding to front and chequerwork brick to rear.
Tiled roof with end brick chimneystack. 2 storeys 2 windows.
Mainly 16-pane sashes but ground floor has 3 large sashes with
horns. 2 C20 doorcases.
Internally timber-framing is exposed on 1st floor, including a
4-centred arched beam spanning the width of the main
staircase.
