with minor dressings of stone and red brick; bands of
patterned red tiles between the upper storeys. Exposed left
side wall slate hung; red brick chimney at the top, slate hung
on left side. Roof not visible from street. 4 storeys. 4
windows wide, the windows paired. Ground storey has mid C20

Bracketed top cornice and blocking-course; red brick panels
