Engineers with H. J. Rowse as architect. Portland stone.
Tunnel month has decorative plaque over. Long curving wall
to right has reeded capping and ends with plaque with winged
wheel motif. Iron lamps standards along wall. Wall to left
is shorter, with no features of interest.
