House, now offices. Mid C18. Ham Hill stone ashlar and stepped
stone coping to a slate roof with brick stacks to gable ends.
Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 5-window range.
Rusticated end pilasters to moulded cornice. All windows are
6/6-pane sashes in moulded stone architraves. The central
doorcase has a segmental pediment on engaged Tuscan columns.
The door is late C19, with 2 long glazed panels to the top,
and bolection moulding to two square ones to the centre and
one horizontal panel to the base. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Enclosing the forecourt are spearhead
railings with urn finials on a Ham Hill stone plinth, with C20
double matching gates.
