GV II

House. Early C19. Ham Hill stone ashlar facade, stepped stone
copings with slate roof and a brick stack to the right gable
end. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range.
Steps up to the 6-panel door, now altered and blocked; the
pilasters of a Tuscan-style doorcase rest on the plinth at
door-level. Tripartite windows on both floors to the sides
have central 6/6-pane sashes in forward frames; 8/8-pane sash
above the door. There is a smooth ashlar band below the
moulded cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
