House, part of cottage homes complex. 1887-9. Charles Lancaster.
Common brick with red brick and stone dressings, slate roof.
2 storeys, 5 bays; 2 bays at each end project under gables
with decorative barge boards. Flush brick and sill bands,
and impost courses taken over segmental heads of windows,
which have flush brick quoins and are sashed. Entrance has
half-glazed doorcase and door. Gables have brick bands and
cartouches. Long plain return walls with sashes.
