House. 1830s. Brick, with stone dressings, slate roof. 3
storeys and basement. 6 bays, end bay of 2 storeys only.
Basement lintel band; 1st floor sill band; top cornice and
blocking course, with pediment to 1st 3 bays. Windows have
wedge lintels and are sashed with glazing bars, 1st and 4th
bays have blind windows; end bay has 2-storey canted bay
window. Enclosed stone porch has paired pilasters, cornice
and blocking course, round headed window to front, segmental
headed entrance to right return. Iron area railings have
decorative heads. Stone pier to right of entrance has iron
lamp standard with 4 scrolls, top missing. Return has blind
boxes to ground floor windows. House in course of
refurbishment (1984).
