Terrace of 6 houses. c1850. By Thomas Pennington. Limestone
ashlar, party wall stacks, roof not visible. Double-depth
plan. Late Georgian style. Each of 3 storeys, attic and
basement; 1-window range. A continuation of Nos 12-32, taller
with attic storeys; banded ground floor, pilasters to a
frieze, cornice and parapet. Right-hand recessed doorways with
overlights and 2-panel doors. Architraves, with first-floor
console cornices and bracketed slate balconies with elaborate
cast-iron railings; 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
