Dwellings, now shops and dwellings. Mid C18. Painted brick;
asbestos tile (to No.61, left) and Welsh slate roof; early C20
brick stack to centre rear.
3 storeys and cellar; 6-window range: to left, 6/6 sashes in
moulded cases; to right, late C19, 2/2 sashes; moulded cases
under segmental arches; storeyband; similar fenestration over;
moulded wood eaves to right. No.61: entrance: late C19,
4-panel door and margin-glazed fanlight in round-headed
doorcase with open pediment hood on consoles and beaded
pilasters. Nos.63 and 63A: entrance: C19, 4-panel door and
plain overlight, and to left, C20 shop front, under
awning-hood, partly obscuring continuous storeyband.
INTERIOR: No.61: probably early C19 straight flight of stairs,
retaining balusters. 2nd floor: 4-panel door with architrave;
corner fireplace; architraves to windows. 1st floor: corner
stack; architraves to windows and doors; three 2-panel doors;
corner fireplace. Ground floor: boxed-in ceiling beams.
Cellar: stone-lined; stone stack base; chamfered ceiling
beams. Interiors of Nos.63 and 63A not inspected, but seen to
contain C18 staircases.
