Hotel. C18 and C19. Red brick. Concrete pantile roof with
single brick right gable stack and dentillated and dog tooth
eaves. 3 bays, 2.1/2 storeys. Set on a plinth. Central doorway
C20 door with ashlar architrave surround. Flanked by single C19
canted bay windows with glazing bar sashes and topped with iron
balustrades. Above are 3 C20 glazing bar casements in original
openings with keystones, the central casement being slightly
smaller. On the top floor are 3 similar, smaller casements with
keystones. To the left is a 2.1/2 storey, single bay brick
extension, under the same roof, but slightly set back with single
brick gable stack and dentillated and dog tooth eaves. Having a
replacement window comprising 2 glazing bar sashes. Above a C20
glazing bar casement with keystone. On the top floor is a
similar, smaller casement with keystone.
