Row of 3 of small town houses. 1840-47, altered. Red brick in
Flemish bond, with sandstone dressings and slate roof.
Double-depth plan, each house single-fronted, with individual
back extensions. Two storeys over cellars, each house with 2
windows at 1st floor; with stone plinth, deep 1st-floor band,
plain frieze and moulded gutter cornice. Each house has the
doorway to the right, with moulded architrave and cornice on
consoles which have guttae; one window at ground floor floor,
with raised sill and wedge lintel with keystone, and 2 windows
at 1st floor with raised sills, all with altered glazing.
Ridge chimneys. Rear and and INTERIORS not inspected.
