House, now house and shop. Late C17, with mid C19 and late C20
additions and alterations. Coursed squared stone and brick,
painted and partly rendered, with stone dressings. Steeply
pitched slate roofs, coped front gable with kneelers, and
single brick ridge stack. 2 storeys plus attics; 2-window
range. Facing gable has a paired plain sash with renewed
central mullion, and above, a similar window. Below, a late
C19 single-pane shop window with wooden surround, and to its
left a C20 door. Right return has, to right, a 2-light
Yorkshire sash, and above, a raking dormer with a similar
window and glazing bars. Below, a C19 six-panel door and to
its right, a 3-light casement. Slightly projecting C19
addition, to right, has a plain sash, and above and below it,
a C20 two-light casement.
