2 houses, now club and offices. Early C19. English garden wall
bond brick (5 and one), No.3 at left painted, with ashlar
dressings; Welsh slate roof. Each 2 storeys and basement, 2
windows. Central 2 bays project. Steps up to recessed central
6-panel doors with radiating glazing bars to overlights in
panelled pilasters to No.3, altered to No.4; both with
panelled architraves set in round brick arches. Renewed
casements to No.3 and sashes with glazing bars to No.4, all
recessed with painted dressings. First-floor sill band to
central projecting bays, projecting stone sills to other
windows and wedge stone lintels to all. Ashlar eaves gutter
cornice and parapet coping. Area to No.3 concrete-filled; No.
4 area has concrete steps down to renewed door, and renewed
window. Roof has wide square-headed dormer to No.3 with C20
glazing; end brick chimneys.
