Former school. c1860. Coursed and squared rubble with Welsh slate roof. 2-storeyed, asymmetrically planned. Tudor style. Main hall range to left with doorway in slightly recessed porch bay at angle with wing to right. 4-centred arched doorway with single light window over. 3-light mullioned window to ground floor in gable to right, 2-light window over,and lancet in apex. Hall range has paired 2-light mullioned and transomed windows in centre, flanked by 3-light mullioned and transomed windows set beneath gables with narrow lights in the apex. All windows in straight chamfered reveals with
hoodmoulds. Paired and triple chamfered shafts to axial stacks.
