Pair of houses, with weavers' garrets forming a continuous
build with Nos 38-70 Paradise Street (qv). c1830 but
extensively rebuilt. Brick with Welsh slate roof. 3-storeyed,
each a single-room double-pile plan, with round-arched
doorways up steps and round-arched central passage entry.
4-pane sash windows, 9-pane to garret storey. Included for
group value.
