Terrace of 8 houses. 1834. Stucco with hipped slate roof,
3 storeys with basement, 3 bays to each house. Basement
lintel band, 1st and 2nd floor sill band and top frieze,
cornice and blocking course. Nos. 20 and 21 break forward
under pediment. Windows to ground and 1st floors have
architraves, those to 1st floor are eared. Central 1st
floor windows have consoled pediments. Central 2nd floor
window to each house is blind. Windows are sashed except
those to ground floor. Entrances have Ionic porticoes and
4-panel doors in architaves. Iron railings to areas and
steps have decorative heads. Continuous iron balcony to 1st
floor extends over porches. 3-bay returns. No. 17 has no
architraves to windows and no 2nd floor blind window,
balcony over the porch is missing. No. 22 lacks consoled
pediments to 1st floor window.
