Probable town house. Early C19. Render to ground floor of
front; slate-hanging on studwork above; rag slate roof.
Shallow-depth plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Original
16-pane horizontal-sliding sashes to 1st floor. Ground floor
has pair of tall C20 nine-pane windows on left; C20 V-jointed
boarded door on right. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for
group value.
