Shop with dwelling. Early C19. Painted brick, stone stepped
voussoirs and cills, pantile roof with brick stack to right
gable end. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; one-window range.
3/6-pane sash window and cill band to second floor, 6/6 panes
to first floor. Pilasters, panelled to the base, on plinths,
have simple panelled corbels flanking the moulded fascia to
C20 shop-front. The rear is one-window range with flat gauged
brick arches and 6/6-pane sash windows. To left of door is a
gauged brick elliptical arch to a shallow recess and a
6/6-pane sash window over the narrow basement area. INTERIOR
not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: spearhead railings front
the basement area recess to rear.
