Town house with later shop. Mid C19. Render replacing stucco;
rag slate roof behind parapet with moulded cornice, brick
stack on left. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Ground floor has late C19
double shop front with granite quoin strips with caps, mosaic
stall risers to plate glass lights including quadrant lights
flanking doorway; slender mullions with carved spandrel caps;
glazed door and overlight; sloping fascia, cornice with blind
and end consoles with open pediments. INTERIOR of shop altered
C20, otherwise not inspected.
