Boat house approximately 250m east of Madeley Manor

Boat house. Probably c.1890. Red brick on sandstone and brick plinth, planted timbers on long sides; plain tiled roof with fishscale bands, brick ridge stack in roof slope (north). One storey over access for boats. Six blind round-headed arches to each side with two inserted C20 casements above on south. Access from bank across wooden bridge (not included); round-headed entrance. Boat access on east altered; twin flat-headed arch under concrete lintel.
