House and school. c1840. Random rubble with ashlar dressings, stone end stacks and pantile roof. Single-depth plan. Tudor Revival style. Two storeys; three window range. Gabled cross wing projects from the right, with an entrance to the left; two mullion windows in the ground floor and three in the first, all with cast-iron lattice casements. Stack projects from both gables; single storey catslide.

INTERIOR: central winder stair in entrance hall.
