8/96 Rookery Farm House

GV II

House. C16. Timber framed with whitewashed brick cladding below, tile hung above;
half hipped roof plain tiled to front, Horsham slabs to rear with central corbelled
ridge stack. 2 storeys with brick band over ground floor. Four framed bays with
five windows across the first floor, 3 horizontal sliding sashes to centre and
right, two casements to left. Similar mixture to ground floor. Central stable
style planked door in gabled brick/porch. Pent roof extensions to left, hipped bay
extension set back to right. C20 extensions to rear.

Interior: framing visible with plain Crown post roof.
