Aqueduct carrying Leeds - Liverpool Canal (originally Lancaster Canal
South End) over River Yarrow; 1790s, probably by John Rennie. Single
elliptical arch with rusticated rock-faced stone retaining walls, curved
and battered; moulded cornice, curved parapets; sloping abutments of
tooled ashlar.
