houses are identical except that Crayfield and Warren House have their
right side projecting and Cleeveland has its left side projecting.
L-shaped. Red brick. 3 storeys. Right side projects (left side in
Cleeveland). 3 hipped dormers. 3 Cl9 casements. Tiled roof. Tile hung
1st and 2nd storeys. Brick ground floor. Dentil band. Flat hood over
panelled door.
