Two houses, now one house and two flats. Late C18 and early C19
with C20 additions and alterations. Red brick with plain tile
roofs, brick gable stack to west and two ridge stacks, plus
dentilled eaves bands. Roof to No 63 also has C20 roof lights.
Two storeys, plus garrets to No 63 and L-shaped plan. No 61 has
a single bay and stands at right angles to No 63 which has three
bays. No 61 has a 3-light segment headed window with leaded
casements to south and a plain doorcase with moulded cornice to
north, with original panelled door below a divided overlight.
Above there is a similar window to that below. The adjoining
gable wall of No 63 to north has similar windows to ground and
first floors with a C20 garret window above. South elevation of
No 63 has a 3-light glazing bar casement below segment head to
west and a C20 door to east. Above, similar window to west and
single light window over the door. West gable has C20 lean-to
to ground floor. Included for group value only.
