House, now offices. c1700. Brick with limestone voussoirs,
timber cornice, brick end stacks and a pantile mansard roof.
3-storeys, basement and attic; 3-window range. Left-hand
doorway has a large shell hood on deep volute brackets, and a
C20 six-panel door. Acanthus consoles below ground-floor
window cills, scrolled lintel soffits and rocaille keys, with
C20 6/6-pane sashes in flush frames. The upper floors,
refenestrated in the mid C19, have central 8/8-pane sashes
with 7 stepped voussoirs, and flanking first-floor 6/6-pane
sashes with 5 stepped voussoirs. Deep modillion eaves cornice,
and hipped dormer. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY
FEATURES: wrought-iron railings and gates to the front area.
