House. Dated 1652. Banded ironstone and limestone, slate roof, brick ridge and
end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2-storey, 2-window range. C20 door with timber lintel
to left of centre, 2-light casement windows to ground and first floors with
timber lintels. C20 garage projects from left end. Gable end facing street has
3-light ovol stone mullion windows with hood moulds to ground and first floor,
datestone above inscribed 1652. Ironstone quoins and stone-coped gable with
kneelers to right (street) gable end. Interior has moulded cross beamed ceiling
and open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
