House, now 2 offices. c1770, altered mid C19. Brick with
limestone dressings, brick stacks, roof not visible.
Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys, attic and
basement; 5-window range. Formerly a symmetrical house with
pilaster strips to a cornice and parapet; a central doorway
has consoles to a pediment, architrave with split key and a
6-panel door with the top pair glazed. 5 stepped voussoirs to
6/6-pane sashes, horned to the left-hand side; a left-hand C19
shop front has pilaster strips to the right-hand doorway and
4-panel door, and to a tripartite plate-glass window, cornice,
and brick stall riser. INTERIOR: largely remodelled mid C20.
