Cottage, c.1840. Rubble with cut dressings; mixed blue and purple slate roof.
1 storey, 2 bays. Chamfered plinth. Left-of-centre vertical-panelled door.
2-light mullioned window to left and 3-light window to right, holding
casements, partly metal latticed, in chamfered surrounds. Coped gables;
stepped-and-corniced end stacks. Right return shows small window and blind
slit in gable; contemporary outshut to rear.
