House with smaller house adjoining. Early C19. Stucco on
masonry to larger house, stucco on studwork to other house,
asbestos slate roof with rubble stack on left, brick end stack
on right and stack over party wall towards right; cast-iron
ogee gutter. Shallow-depth plan. 2 storeys; 5-window range;
C20 horned sashes copies of originals except where blind over
doorcases with pilasters and moulded entablature and 4-panel
doors and short flight of steps in front. Smaller house, No.1,
on right, has moulded wooden architraves to flush windows.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
