Town Preacher's House

GV II

House. "Dated 1611". Timber-frame and plaster; plain tile
roof; brick ridge stack. 3-storeys and cellar; 4-window range:
C18 canted bays with single casements, flanking central C18
light with casement; casement to left; chevron braced box
framing with studding beneath bays; twin jettied gables over
moulded bressummers on enriched consoles. To left, plank doors
to passage way to rear; to right, C20 oak door, part-glazed
with coloured leaded lights, set in beaded case with
overlight, under moulded flat hood on consoles; flanked by C19
canted bays.
