Terrace of attached houses. Dated 1843 in deeds. Render over
rubble with limestone dressings, brick party wall stacks and
pantile roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. Each of
3 storeys and basement; 1-window range. Articulated by
pilaster strips to a coped parapet. Right-hand
semicircular-arched doorways have raised surrounds with key
and imposts, 4-pane fanlight and 6-panel door. 6/6-pane
sashes, 3/3-panes to the second floor. INTERIOR: dogleg winder
stair with uncut string, stick balusters and column newels;
stone fire surrounds. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached
wrought-iron basement area railings to No.12.
