Shop. c1875. Limestone ashlar and brick stack; roof not
visible. 3 storeys; 4-window range. Double-depth plan.
Rusticated ground floor has 2 large semicircular arches with
radial voussoirs, the left forming a vehicle entrance with
Pennant wheel stops and C19 framed doors, the right with a C20
shop front; smooth-faced upper storeys below a cornice and
parapet with sunken panels, small rectangular windows to the
first floor, and semicircular-arched windows to the second
with scrolled keys and sunken panel aprons. INTERIOR not
inspected. Part of a group of Victorian commercial buildings
developed after Victoria Street was cut in 1872.
