Terrace of 8 houses, now offices. c1770, rebuilt c1990. Brick
with limestone dressing, party wall stacks and pantile mansard
roofs. Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian style. Each of 3
storeys, attic and basement; 2-window range. A rebuilt stepped
terrace with ramped cornice and parapet; doorways have
bracketed open pediments, fanlights and 6-panel doors, with 5
stepped voussoirs to 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached steel railings with urn finials.
Rebuilt completely to maintain the approaches to Portland
Square.
