House. Late C18. Rendered with limestone ashlar ridge stacks;
roof not visible. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; one-bay range.
Blocked right-hand door with a C20 window and a small flat
canopy above; parapet. Full-height canted bay with flush
6/6-pane sashes, to a dentil cornice flush with the coping. In
the left-hand return is a 6-panel door, 8/8-pane sash window
and tall stained-glass stair light. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: ramped rubble wall with spear-headed
railings and gate with Pennant piers; BEAUFORT COTTAGE is
painted on the piers, and there is a boot scraper projecting.
