Attached house. c1740. Render over brick with limestone
dressings, brick party wall stack and pantile double-pile
roof. Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian style. 2 storeys,
basement and attic; 3-window range. A continuation of No.6
Dowry Square (qv), with a moulded coping. Lower floors not
visible at time of survey; 4/4-pane sashes in exposed frames,
and 3 hipped slate dormers with 6/6-pane sashes. INTERIOR not
inspected.
