House, now office. Early C19. Limestone ashlar and render,
roof not visible. Single-depth plan, linked internally with
No.56 Queen Square (qv). Late Georgian style. 2 storeys and
basement; 2-window range. A symmetrical front has a left-hand
pilaster strip to a moulded coping, with a plat band. A
central doorway has a raised surround and consoles to a
pedimented lintel, plate-glass overlight and 4-panel door.
6/6-pane sashes; a low left-hand segmental-arched basement
hatch. INTERIOR: remodelled late C20.
