Attached pair of houses. c1820. Limestone ashlar front and
black rendered side elevations, ridge stacks and interlocking
tile roof. Double-depth plan. Italianate style. Each of 2
storeys; 2-window range. Pilasters to the corners and party
wall; 6/6-pane sashes, with incised voussoirs in the
rusticated ground floor, and set in semicircular-arched
recesses articulating the second floor, below deep overhanging
eaves on brackets; a curved Doric porch to semicircular-arched
doorways in the side elevations. INTERIOR not inspected.
