Attached house, now office. c1730. Brick with limestone
dressings, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Mid Georgian
style. 3 storeys and basement; 3-window range. A single
left-hand giant pilaster from a neighbouring building, early
C19 shop front, banded pilasters above through a first-floor
string to a cornice and parapet. Shop front has a right-hand
doorway with a rectangular overlight with diagonal glazing
bars and a 6-panel door, a tall plinth to three 6/6-pane
sashes separated by panelled pilasters to a fascia and
cornice. Keyed 6/6-pane sashes in flush frames, and a
segmental-arched basement opening to the left. INTERIOR:
largely rebuilt mid C20.
