House. c1820. Limestone ashlar with a pantile mansard roof.
Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys and
basement; 1-window range. Rusticated ground floor, cornice and
parapet, left-hand doorway with a broken pediment on small
consoles, 8/8-pane sash windows, and a first-floor French
window with small wrought-iron balcony. INTERIOR not
inspected. Forms part of a terrace.
