Attached house. Dated 1827 by owner. Render with limestone
dressings. Roof not visible. Double-depth plan. Georgian
style. 2 storeys and basement; 5-window range. A symmetrical
house has wide, shallow ful1-height bays parapet, with incomplete
balustrade sections to the outer bays and gabled to the centre
above a deep, elliptical-arc recess; plat band and cornice
returned into the recess. The doorway set beneath the arch has
pilasters to a cornice at balustrade to the recess above, and a
C20 door. 6/6-pane ground-floor sashes, a triple window to the
right and 2 to left, with single 8/8-pane sashes above with
pedimented lintels. INTERIOR: entrance hall with an elliptical
arch to an altered lateral dogleg stair to left, panelled reveals
to doorways offhall;6-panel doors.
