Pair of houses. c1840. Render with Welsh slate and
concrete-tiled hipped roof. 2 storeys, each house a 2-window
range double-pile plan symmetrically-designed with paired
central gables housing entrances. 5-panelled doors with
entablature carried on brackets; rectangular overlight. Wood
transomed windows to ground floor in outer bays with 3-pane
sashes above, replaced in No.41 by early C20 windows with
stained glass leaded upper panes. Plain overhanging eaves. End
wall stacks.
