Deeply overhanging eaves throughout. 2 storeys, with narrow
6-window range to Park Grove, 6 to Whetstone Lane. 2
projecting porches with 4-panelled doors, and 2-light windows
(one now blocked) to Park Grove elevation. Elevation to
Whetstone Lane has advanced tall central gable with wide
architrave to tripartite casement window with margin lights.
2-light mullioned and transomed windows with flat-arched heads
and cast-iron balconies above and 2 segment-headed windows to
attic. Flanking blocks each side each of 2 bays with tall
casement windows, and doorway in left-hand block. End wall
stacks.
