Row of shops. c1840. Ashlar-faced with shallow Welsh slate
roofs, partially renewed with tile. Two storeys, the units of
variable widths between one and three windows. Inserted shop fronts,
one late C19, with moulded consoles each side of renewed
fascia. Upper windows are 12-pane sashes with continuous sill
band. Moulded cornice and parapet over, with raised blocking
course at each end and centrally. End wall stacks. 3-storeyed
brick building (un-numbered) to rear, 2-window range, three sashes
with glazing bars survive with altered shop front with cornice
over window and door; another door with enlarged window over,
to left.
