Shop with office above. c1880s. Built for Harvey
(inscription). Brick and terracotta; dry Delabole slate roof
with brick chimney over gable end on the left and hip on the
right. Deep narrow plan with shop at front. Tall 3-storey
front with central gable broken forward from the second floor.
Terminal brick piers. C20 Victorian-style shop front,
otherwise unaltered. Central canted oriel to 1st floor,
recessed beneath 2 segmental-arched 4-pane sashes to second
floor; name panel inscribed HARVEY in relief below steep
triangular pediment, with central oculus, to gable. INTERIOR:
not inspected. Included for group value.
